If you’re all square with your old provider, we can do this within 24-48 hours. As long as you have all your and your employees’ details to hand we should have you pay run ready in that time. Plus we’ll guide you through the whole process.
Your input will be very minimal. Generally our clients don’t ever have to do anything. If your employee gets paid varying amounts, you will need to tell us but other than that, after the sign up process is complete there is nothing else to do, except make payments to HMRC and your employees.
We aim to get all sign ups done within 24 hours of receiving all the key information. Usually, from the time of inquiry to setting you up on the system, it should take no more than 48 hours (working days).
If it comes to the situation that you have to terminate employment for an employee, you can either freeze the service and continue paying when you have a new employee, or simply cancel at no cost. All we ask for is a 30 days’ notice.
